Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Machining Manufacturer in their search for a Administrator to work from their offices in Leeds.
For the successful Administrator, our client is offering:
- Up to £28,000 Per Annum
- 8:30 am – 5 pm Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 3:15 pm Friday
- Permanent contract
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Pension
The role – Administrator:
- Responsible for all customer contacts via phone, email or online platforms, and clear distribution of calls throughout the business
- Liaise clearly with Technical for machine specification to produce quotations and Service for commissioning prices and dates
- Manage and request quotations and place orders with OEMS
- Raise PO’s
- Liaise with Checkweigher Dept for ex-works dates for Checkweigher Orders
- Develop, grow, and maintain professional working relationships with all internal stakeholders and customer equivalents
What our client is looking for in a Administrator:
- Experience working in a similar role – ESSENTIAL
- SAP System Knowledge – ESSENTIAL
- Administration, Purchase Orders, and planning administration – ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of packaging machinery or food production machinery – DESIRABLE
- Good Communication & Organisation
