For the successful Administrator, our client is offering:
- £12.21 per hour
- Monday to Friday, Days role, 40 hours per week
- Temporary ongoing role with potential for extension
- Free Parking on-site
- Immediate start available
The Role – Administrator:
- Perform data entry and general administration tasks to support office operations.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and databases.
- Coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and meeting arrangements.
- Support the wider team with document control and compliance requirements.
- Any other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
What our client is looking for in an Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administrative role – ESSENTIAL
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy – ESSENTIAL
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – ESSENTIAL
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and organisational skills
