What you will do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat adults with acquired swallowing and communication disorders, working closely within a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement personalised therapy programmes tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interventions and progress.
• Engage with patients and their families to provide education and support throughout the treatment process.

The successful candidate must be HCPC-registered and possess a valid UK driving licence, as travel within the community will be required.
