Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions for patients in acute medical wards.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic care plans promoting recovery and independence.

  • Deliver tailored occupational therapy services, supporting both physical and psychological rehabilitation.

  • Assist in discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions to home or other care settings.

Requirements

  • HCPC registration is essential.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an NHS Acute Medical Ward.
