What you will do:

• Provide expert clinical pharmacy services, optimising medication therapy for patients within the NHS framework.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and improve treatment outcomes.
• Conduct medication reviews and provide advice on the safe use of medicines to both patients and healthcare professionals.
• Support and advise junior pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Essential requirements:

• GPhC Registration
• Experience working in a similar post within the NHS
• Qualified to Masters Degree (MPharm or equivalent)
• Must hold registration with the HCPC
• A valid driving licence is essential to commute across locations as required.
