People Solutions are looking for an experienced Car Park Attendant for an exciting opportunity with our client, a Car Auction Site in Leeds.

This role will be covering the security for a single site and a 300+ space car park.

Shifts:

Working days between Monday – Sunday:

07:00 – 19:00

Rates of Pay:

• Monday – Friday: £12.47 per hour
• Saturday: £18.71 per hour
• Sunday: £24.94 per hour

Day to Day Duties:

As a Car Park Attendant your duties will involve:

• To follow all site security procedures
• Ensuring the site is safe and secure at all times
• Securing of all gates, shutters and barriers as required
• Patrolling of car park, offices and outbuildings
• Ensure accurate records are kept on the Security PC including Diary / Handover / Keys 
• Checks Deliveries and Collections / Pool car / Energy Report / Accident reports / Incident reporting
• Issuing parking passes (including bike passes) as required
• Reporting any suspicious activities to Line Manager or Management as appropriate

Essential Skills:

It is Essential as a Car Park Attendant that you:

• Are polite, punctual and professional at all times
• Comfortable working regular twelve hour shifts
• Have experience working as Security Officer at a car park 

Desirable Experience:

It would be desirable as a Car Park attendant if you:

• Had experience working in a similar Security position
• Hold a valid SIA licence 
• Able to start to start work as soon as possible

 Training:

• Industry related training provided and ongoing support throughout
