Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Brake Press Operative to join our team. You will be responsible for programming and operating CNC brake press machines to manufacture high-quality stainless steel panels, typically up to 3mm thick. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities of the CNC brake Press Operative

• Program and operate CNC brake press machines.
• Work from engineering and manufacturing drawings independently.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and maintain quality policies.
• Safely operate associated tools and machinery, such as guillotines, rollers, stud guns, grinders, power files, and drills.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve build quality.

Essential Skills & Experience of the CNC brake Press Operative

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication and brake press operation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on specific machines.

Desirable Skills & Experience of the CNC brake Press Operative:

• Experience with Ermak CNC HAP 3160 brake press.
• Familiarity with Radan software.
• Knowledge of CNC punch machines.
