Pay Rate: £25-£33 per hour (assignment rate)

  • Sunday/BH-£33.00 Umbrella

Duties of the Community/District Nurse:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the community setting
  • Conduct assessments, create care plans, and implement interventions as required
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements of the Community/District Nurse:

  • RGN qualified/NMC registered with valid live pin
  • Recent UK nursing experience
  • Must have Community/District nursing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate Ad-Hoc work
  • Car Driver – Essential
