D365 F&O Team Leader

D365 F&O Team Leader, up to £65K! 

Pearson Carter is currently working with a Growing Global End User based out of the UK/Europe. They are looking to bring on board a D365 F&O Team Lead to come in to lead a small team of 3 people. They are looking for someone with strong F&O knowledge and proven experience in similar positions. 

They offer an excellent salary of up to £65K max depending on experience 25 days holiday home-based working!

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a small team of F&O professionals
• Lead the team and pipeline, working closely with Head of Business Applications 
• Someone who has managed people or worked with people before   
• Working as a hands-on TL, using knowledge to successfully oversee F&O implementation
• Supporting their team in delivering objectives and improving D365 understanding 

Experience

• Over 3 years’ experience with D365 F&O experience
• Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and training team members
• Industry experience in Manufacturing is desirable
• Experience working with cross-functional teams globally
• Expert written and verbal English communication skills

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of up to £65K depending on experience 25 days holiday home-based working!

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O client has offices in the UK. Please note, this is a remote opportunity that may require travel to other offices within the business, located in the UK and Denmark. UK citizens or ILR candidates only- no sponsorship or other visas considered
