What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide top-quality, individualised care that puts patients first, ensuring they receive safe haemodialysis treatment tailored to their needs.
  • Mentor and Lead: Help guide and inspire your fellow nurses, sharing your expertise and supporting their growth as you lead shifts.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team, hospital trusts, and external organisations to provide seamless, patient-centred care.
  • Communicate Effectively: Foster positive relationships with patients, their families, and all stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and supported.
  • Adhere to Best Practices: Stay on top of company policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices, helping to implement and review them to continually improve patient care.
  • Develop Your Skills: We’ll support you in keeping your renal care knowledge up to date, so you can continue to provide outstanding care for our patients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse (NMC) with a passion for patient-centred care.
  • Renal Nursing experience is a big plus, but if you’re new to the specialty, we’re happy to provide full training!
  • Strong communication skills to engage with patients, families, and your team.
  • A team player with a friendly, positive attitude who can adapt to change.
  • Leadership skills to mentor and guide others while leading by example.
