An established sales firm is expanding its Long Beach campaign team and is seeking a Sales Assistant to support in-store promotional activity on behalf of a nationally recognised telecommunications and connectivity provider.

This is a structured, face-to-face position based inside retail partner locations. The role focuses on customer engagement, service education, and supporting enrollments for internet, streaming television, and mobile connectivity services.

About the Opportunity

The company specialises in in-person customer acquisition campaigns for well-known national service providers. Team members operate inside organised retail environments, delivering structured promotional campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer adoption.

This is not door-to-door sales and does not involve recruiting others. Full training and product education are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent high-speed home internet, streaming television, and mobile connectivity services inside designated retail locations
  • Initiate professional, face-to-face conversations with customers during store traffic hours
  • Explain internet speed tiers, bundled service options, equipment details, and current promotional offers
  • Assist customers in identifying services that align with their household or business usage
  • Clearly outline billing structures, promotional timelines, and activation processes
  • Complete in-store enrollment documentation accurately using the provided systems
  • Maintain daily records of customer interactions and confirmed service activations
  • Uphold professional standards and brand presentation within the retail environment

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in engaging customers in person
  • Professional appearance and conduct in a retail setting
  • Ability to understand and explain structured pricing and service details clearly
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Comfortable working within performance expectations and team targets
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is advantageous but not required
  • Must be legally authorised to work in the United States

Full onboarding and ongoing training are provided.

Compensation & Growth

  • Weekly base pay plus performance-based commissions
  • Current team members average approximately 850 per week, with earnings dependent on individual performance
