Nursery Nurse Flexible working

Job Summary
We are seeking ambitious Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team on a flexible basis. The role involves providing support and care to children in a nursery setting.

As flexi bank staff with us you will be supporting nurseries locally to you in your free time! This role is for those who wish to have a balance of work and home life.

Duties
– Educate and engage with children in various activities

-Follow and adhere to the EYFS stage to meet children’s needs.

-Must always adhere and implement safeguarding procedures of the setting
– Utilise creative writing and storytelling techniques
– Work with children with autism and special educational needs
– Assist in tutoring and mentoring children daily to further next steps
– Communicate effectively with both children and colleagues

-have excellent time keeping

-Ability to trave locally to various settings where support is needed

Qualifications

-Recognised Early Years qualification level 2,3 or above.

-Teaching or EYFS Degree
– Experience working with children

-Knowledge of special education practices is advantageous

-First Aid

-Safeguarding Training
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to mentor and support children effectively
