Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Doncaster

 Salary: £43,000 – £50,000 DOE per annum 

Shifts: Monday – Friday Days

 

Maintenance Supervisor Duties:

  • Managing a team of Maintenance Engineers – Being hands on with maintaining the heavy industrial plant machinery.
  • Hands on maintenance of food processing machinery
  • Working alongside the Engineering Manager
  • Managing workflow and capacity of the team resource.
  • Continuous improvement projects
  • Fault finding & diagnostics
  • Reactive & PPM maintenance

 

Maintenance Supervisor Experience:

  • Maintenance on machinery used within food manufacturing industry
  • Work well within a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing and production environment.
  • Leadership within a fast-paced environment
  • Motivating & team building
  • Mechanical or electrical qualifications
  • Great communication skills
  • Heavy industrial Plant machinery maintenance
  • Waste management experience would be ideal
  • Heavy industrial or fast-paced manufacturing experience.
