They are looking to grow their team as they have ongoing projects and new opportunities in the software development space. They are looking for someone with extensive experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and Nest.js.

They offer an excellent hourly rate between 130k depending on experience Flexible Working Bonus Healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a collaborative environment to design, architect, and develop software for front-end applications
• Apply expert knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and Nest.js while independently developing the Notifications application
• Participate in code reviews, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues and defects
• Collaborate with other teams to develop integrated solutions around sourcing disparate data using REST services
• Follow agreed-upon SDLC procedures to ensure that all information system products and services meet both explicit and implicit quality standards, end-user functional requirements, architectural standards, performance requirements, audit requirements, security requirements, and external-facing reporting requirements
• Provide SDLC support for developed software in test, QA, and Production environments

Experience:

• Expert knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, SQL, and Webpack
• Preferred knowledge of Docker, Nest.js, TypeORM, Kafka, Java, Gradle, React
• Ability to write clean, modular code that is easy to understand and maintain
• Experience following Git workflows
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools, e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines
