Paint Shop Team Leader
Location: Farnborough
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 38 hours per week
Pay Rate: £16.50 – £18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Paint Shop Team Leader to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of paint sprayers and ensuring high standards of quality and productivity are maintained.

Key Responsibilities of the Paint Shop Team Leader

  • Lead and supervise a team within the paint shop

  • Support daily operations, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

  • Carry out paint spraying as required, using a variety of techniques and finishes

  • Monitor and maintain quality control processes

  • Train and support team members with tasks and development

  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times

  • Report to management with updates and performance issues

Requirements  of the Paint Shop Team Leader

  • Proven experience in paint spraying (industrial, automotive or similar)

  • Previous supervisory or team leading experience

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Good communication and soft leadership skills

  • Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
