Our client is a leading provider of premium VIP and corporate hospitality packages across the UK. They specialise in creating unforgettable, high-end experiences at sporting events, concerts, music festivals, and iconic venues, blending luxury, entertainment, and impeccable personal service. As they continue to scale their operations, they are seeking a diligent and proactive Purchasing Assistant to be a core part of their team and help maintain the top quality of their hospitality offerings.
The Purchasing Assistant Role:
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join the Purchasing Team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in procurement or luxury hospitality who is eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will be instrumental in supporting the team’s core operations, playing a vital role in sourcing and securing the premium packages that define the client’s brand.
Key Responsibilities of the Purchasing Assistant:
- Liaise with suppliers to source and secure hospitality packages for clients.
- Track and monitor stock levels to ensure the continuous availability of packages.
- Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Team, assisting with accurate record-keeping of supplier agreements and stock.
- Communicate effectively within the team to streamline processes and ensure smooth procurement operations.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Handle financial data in line with information security policies, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Follow role-based access controls and maintain secure records in accounting systems.
- Adhere to secure data handling, storage, and disposal practices.
- Report security incidents or anomalies promptly.
- Participate in annual information security and fraud awareness training

What’s on Offer?
- Salary: £27,500
- Benefits: Pension, Eyecare voucher
- Working hours: Normal hours of work are Mondays to Thursdays from 8.45am to 5.30pm and on a Friday from 8.45am to 5.00pm.
- Morning and afternoon break 11.00am – 11.15am & 4.00pm – 4.15pm
- Lunch Break – 1.00pm – 2.00pm
- Location: Maidstone, Kent.
