Industrial Recruitment Consultant

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our growing branch in Birmingham City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to progress their career in recruitment and make a significant impact within a team that is experiencing growth.

As a Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients, while contributing to the overall success of the industrial division.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: £27,000 per annum + bonus

Day-to-day duties:

As a Industrial Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Pro actively searching, attracting, and short-listing candidates using online job boards and other tools
  • Writing, placing, and updating job adverts, and efficiently processing applications and responses
  • Building and managing candidate relationships, understanding their needs and requirements
  • Screening and qualifying candidates using an effective process to ensure suitability
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships
  • Working towards set targets, deadlines, and KPIs
  • Maintaining databases, including adding new candidates and CV entry
  • Carrying out general administration duties as required

Essential skills:

To be successful as a Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will need:

  • The ability to lead by example and self-motivate
  • Passion and desire to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Desirable experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales

Training:

Full training will be provided, with ongoing support.
