What You Will Do:

  • Conduct ward rounds and assist in patient management in our 9-bed PICU and 5-bed HDU.
  • Be an active member of the Paediatric Emergency Response Team, managing interventions such as intubation and airway management.
  • Collaborate with our PICU consultant teams to deliver top-tier care to our young patients.
  • Oversee pre- and post-operative care aligned with Cardiac Surgical teams.
  • Engage in continuous learning through case discussions and quality improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current GMC registration and successful completion of Foundation training.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in Paediatrics, with substantial PICU experience.
  • Proficiency in paediatric ICU emergency care and airway management, supported by ALS certification.
  • A commitment to teamwork and delivering patient-centred care.
