Job Title: Residential Family Support Worker
Location: Bridlington
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Family Support Worker to join our team in Bridlington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in the lives of families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to families in a residential setting.
  • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, household tasks, and family activities.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the safety and well-being of all family members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is essential.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including:
  • 7:00am – 2:00pm
  • 7:00am – 5:00pm
  • 11:00am – 9:15pm
  • 2:00pm – 9:15pm
  • Optional night shifts: 9:00pm – 7:00am
  • A driving license is not required but would be beneficial.
