Senior Sales Development Representative – ERP/SaaS
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £65,000–£80,000 base uncapped OTE
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
We’re hiring an experienced and commercially sharp Sales Development Representative with a strong background in SaaS or ERP to join a fast-growing enterprise software consultancy. This is a strategic lead generation role — not an entry-level SDR position — and requires someone who already understands the ERP or SaaS space and can hit the ground running in building senior-level pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage senior decision-makers

Qualify prospects and book meaningful meetings for the senior sales and technical team

Identify relevant pain points, buying triggers, and commercial needs within complex organisations

Collaborate with sales and technical leadership to align messaging and outreach strategy

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data

Shadow senior sales conversations to build long-term domain knowledge
Requirements:

Minimum 12 months’ experience in an ERP or SaaS sales environment (SDR, BDR, or inside sales)

Demonstrable success generating opportunities with mid-market or enterprise-level clients

Comfortable speaking to C-suite and other senior stakeholders

Strategic thinker who can spot genuine buying signals, not just follow scripts

Self-motivated, accountable, and happy operating in a high-trust environment

Strong interest in ERP and the business transformation it enables
This role is ideal for someone who understands the ERP or SaaS landscape and genuinely enjoys the challenge of building a qualified pipeline at a senior level. While there is long-term scope for progression within the business, the focus for the first 12–18 months will be on high-quality lead generation and strategic outreach. This is not a stepping-stone role — it’s a critical, high-value function within the sales team, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in that.
