What You’ll Be Doing

As an ICT Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering smarter, more efficient digital services by:

  • Leading the support, development, and enhancement of key business applications

  • Providing expert technical advice and guidance across the organisation

  • Supporting digital transformation projects that improve customer experience and reduce manual processes

  • Collaborating with ICT teams to proactively enhance systems and resolve technical issues

  • Designing and implementing secure, high-performing IT solutions

  • Troubleshooting complex 2nd- and 3rd-line technical issues

  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand and meet their IT needs

  • Maintaining clear documentation and staying up to date with industry trends

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, productivity tools)

  • Experience supporting cloud-based and on-premise applications

  • Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

  • Proficiency in SQL Server and SQL query writing

  • A solid understanding of data integration and system connectivity

  • Experience leading technical projects

  • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies
