What you will do:

– Collaboratively work within the MASH Team to assess, support, and safeguard children and families in need of immediate intervention.
– Efficiently gather and analyse information from various sources to facilitate timely and informed decision-making.
– Offer expert guidance and advice to partner agencies and colleagues, ensuring the highest standard of practice in all aspects of social work.
– Participate in multi-agency meetings to share insights and develop comprehensive action plans for safeguarding children.
– Provide compassionate and comprehensive support to children and families, ensuring that their voices are heard and needs appropriately addressed.

Requirements:

– A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
– Current registration with Social Work England.
– Proven substantial experience in frontline Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
