An outstanding 3-form entry primary school in Newham is looking for an SEN TA. In this position, you will deliver one-to-one and group support to children across the school who have autism and additional behavioural needs. Your role will involve creating a nurturing and inclusive environment, implementing tailored strategies to support their learning, and helping them develop essential social and emotional skills. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Position Details:

Role: Special Needs Teaching Assistant
Eligibility: Open to graduates and experienced TAs
Type: Full-time/Long-term
Salary: £82 to £100 per day, depending on experience and qualifications

Requirements for the Successful Candidate:

At least 2-3 months of experience working with children
A passion for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
