Job Title: Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

Hours: Full-time contracts are 38.5 hours and cover 7 x 12 hour shifts every two weeks
Salary: £35,935.80 – £43,744.58 per annum + £3000 Welcome Bonus
Sanctuary Personnel are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our client’s team at a brand-new state-of-the-art independent hospital. This cutting-edge 40-bed facility is designed to deliver high-quality neuropsychiatric and neurobehavioural assessment and rehabilitation for individuals recovering from acquired brain injuries, along with addressing a range of mental health and physical conditions.

Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Current professional registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (RMNH/RNLD/RGN)
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work
- Friendly and approachable manner with excellent people skills, demonstrating care and empathy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Desirable:
- Previous experience with acquired brain injury
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act & Mental Capacity Act
- Recognition as a practice assessor/practice supervisor
- Understanding of risk assessment and management and its application in practice
- Proficiency in IT and keyboard skills, with experience using computerised record systems

Pre-registrants Preceptorship:
They offer a preceptorship programme to newly registered practitioners. This programme provides support and guidance as you transition from student to autonomous professional, helping you build confidence and competence. Preceptorships last between 6 to 12 months, during which you will be assigned a dedicated nurse to support, coach, and mentor you through structured meetings and learning.
