Supply Chain Manager – Park Royal, London

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Operations Team in Park Royal, London. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment with significant equity and excellent benefits.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead all aspects of our inbound supply chain as our Supply Chain Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

  • Manage stock planning and inventory control to maintain uninterrupted supply while optimising cash flow.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, delivering the high standards expected from our Supply Chain Manager role.

  • Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies to protect operations and customer experience.

  • Oversee weekly ordering, forecasting, and reporting processes.

  • Drive key initiatives to continuously improve the efficiency and performance of the supply chain, as expected from a proactive Supply Chain Manager.

Who you are:

  • Experienced at running day-to-day supply chain operations while delivering longer-term projects and process improvements.

  • Detail-oriented with a natural ability to identify opportunities and maximise value.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.

  • Excellent communicator, capable of managing relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
