The salary for this permanent Support Worker job is £24,570 per annum.

Your Role as a Support Worker:
You’ll play a key part in supporting our clients on their recovery journeys, offering them guidance and care throughout the night. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Engaging with Clients: Build strong relationships, actively listening, and supporting clients with empathy and understanding.
- Medication Support: Prepare and distribute medication (full training provided – don’t worry if you haven’t done this before!).
- Ongoing Learning: We encourage you to work towards NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care if you haven’t obtained it yet.
- Safety Monitoring: Ensure the safety and well-being of our clients during the night.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of any changes in clients’ mood or behaviour, ensuring our team is always in the loop.
- Communication: Collaborate with the support and therapy teams by emailing and sharing nightly observations.
- Organisation: Stay on top of archiving and maintaining client files – both paper and electronic.
- Handover Ready: Ensure smooth transitions by printing and preparing information for the morning handover.
