We are expanding rapidly and are seeking highly motivated recruitment consultants to join us.

What We Offer We provide a unique opportunity for self-employed recruitment consultants to earn a higher percentage of their billings compared to traditional recruitment companies. Our pay structure is simple: you keep 70% of everything you bill.

How It Works
Example: Your current role earns £35,000 per year plus 10% commission on everything you bill. This means your yearly earnings are around £45000 a year. Based on an 100k billing per year. In contrast, working for us on a 70% commission basis, billing £100k per year would result in a yearly salary of earnings of £70000 an unbelievable opportunity to create something unique for yourself.

You can work in any sector of Permanent Recruitment as long as you are experienced, hardworking and back yourself to be successful.
We would are open to Recruiters from any sector and industry providing you can show you can bill and have a good work ethic.
We take care of all the back office including Payroll and Chasing of invoices which means you can concentrate on building a business for yourself.
