Logistics People are currently looking for a Warehouse Operations Support to join our team.

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire, NN18 8ET 

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30 Shifts Available – with the occasional weekend cover required 

Pay Rate: £30,100 – £32,500 P/a

As a Warehouse Operations Support your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and proactively source, screen, and assess candidates.
• Engage and communicate professionally with candidates and clients, maintaining high customer service standards.
• Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, CRM databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Coordinate shift patterns, handle worker schedules, and address any issues or complaints, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Meet targets and KPIs set by senior management, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
