About the Role

A hybrid role that blend hands-on engineering with product and project ownership. This is a true startup environment where you’ll wear multiple hats—building features, shaping product direction, and collaborating closely with stakeholders.

Depending on your background, the role can lean more toward either technical product/project management or pure development with delivery ownership—but require strong coding capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable SaaS features across a .NET / React / Azure stack
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and feature prioritisation
  • Lead or participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Own end-to-end delivery of features—from concept through to deployment
  • Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams
  • Drive best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud architecture

Tech Stack

  • Backend: .NET
  • Frontend: React
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps, CI/CD)

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

  • Strong full-stack development experience (.NET React)
  • Deep experience with Azure (must be highly proficient across services)
  • Experience building or working on complex SaaS platforms
  • Ability to operate across both technical and business domains

Nice to Have

  • Experience in project management, product management, or business analysis
  • Background in industries like construction, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
  • Startup experience or comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
