Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your use of rectools.io, run by RecTools.io Limited, trading as RecTalk Media (company number 11933858, registered office 53–55 Earlsdon Park One, Butts Road, Coventry CV1 3BH). By using the site you agree to them.

1. The panel

Every company on the rectools® panel is a RecTalk Media client. Being on the panel means we recommend them; it isn't a guarantee of their products or services. Please make your own checks before you buy. Contracts for anything you buy are between you and the supplier.

RecPerks offers are made by panel members, on their own terms. Ask the supplier if you have questions about an offer.

2. Panel members

Panel members can sign in to propose changes to their page. Keep access to your sign-in email secure, and only send content you have the right to publish. We review changes before they go live and may edit or remove content. Your membership is also covered by your agreement with us.

3. Intellectual property

The site's content, design and the rectools® name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Company names, logos and content on panel members' pages belong to them.

4. Other websites

The site links to other websites, including panel members'. We aren't responsible for their content or how they use your data; their own terms and policies apply.

5. Our liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for losses from your dealings with panel members. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
