Pearson Carter are currently working with a specialist industrial automation and power control company delivering projects across energy, food manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Known for hands-on engineering and high technical standards, they offer strong training and real-world project exposure.

They are looking to grow their team with a Graduate Electrical Engineer / Programmer to work on automation systems, PLC programming, and commissioning projects.

They offer an excellent salary up to 95K hybrid working (4 days office / 1 WFH).

Responsibilities:
Design electrical automation systems
Program and commission PLC/RTU systems
Configure HMI/SCADA and industrial networks
Produce technical documentation
Support and maintain systems

Experience:
Engineering (or related) degree
Understanding of electrical fundamentals
Exposure to PLC/RTU systems (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Salary
They offer an excellent salary package: up to 95,000

Location
Canberra, Australia (4 days on-site / 1 WFH)
