Operations Manager Security

ZAK SERVICES LTD is seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager Security to oversee and coordinate the company’s day-to-day security operations across client sites. The role will be responsible for ensuring that security services are delivered efficiently and professionally. The Operations Manager will manage and support security personnel, monitor service quality, coordinate staffing and deployment and security incidents, and contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the company’s security operations.

Main duties include:

• Oversee daily security operations across client sites, ensuring staff deployment, shift coverage, site requirements, and service delivery are properly coordinated.
• Manage security officers and supervisors, including attendance, performance monitoring and day-to-day operational support.
• Act as the main operational contact for clients, responding to service issues, security requirements, and changes in site operations.
• Maintain records of security licences, site training, equipment allocation, incident documentation, attendance, and operational compliance.
• Support recruitment, induction, refresher training, and site-specific training for security officers and supervisors.
• Work with management on resource planning, operational costs, and improvements to service delivery.

Skills and Education:

• Proven experience in a management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet client needs effectively.
• Experience in strategic planning and performance management.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions.
