Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed assessments to identify the specific needs of children.

  • Develop, implement, monitor, and adapt tailored treatment plans to support each child’s progress.

Person Specification:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.

  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist.

Essential Experience:

  • Postgraduate training in specialist areas relevant to paediatrics.

  • Minimum of one year’s postgraduate experience in relevant clinical settings.

  • Demonstrated commitment to autonomous CPD through a structured personal portfolio.

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate training in advanced or specialist areas.

  • Accreditation as a Clinical Educator.
