BC Application Manager/ Implementation Lead

THE ROLE:

We are hiring a Business Central Application Manager / Implementation Lead to join the delivery function.

Lead end-to-end Business Central project delivery across key client accounts

Oversee business as usual support and ongoing client success

Manage and support a small team in a techno-functional capacity

Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams

Ensure successful delivery of implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement

THE CANDIDATE:

Business Central Application Manager / Implementation Lead

Proven experience in a senior Business Central / NAV role (8 years)

Experience in a lead capacity (Lead Consultant or Lead Developer)

Strong knowledge of Warehouse and Manufacturing modules

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience

Ideally techno-functional with hands-on delivery and implementation experience

THE OFFER:

£95,000–£100,000

5% pension

23 days annual leave

Private medical cover (family)

Expenses paid for client site travel

Hybrid working – 1 day per week on client site in Harlow for the first few months
