Client is a growing, modern Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) expanding our sales capability to support strong demand and significant growth opportunities across both new and existing clients.
Our business is built around automation, integration, and service excellence. We invest heavily in systems and people so our sales team can focus on what matters most selling, building relationships, and closing deals, not admin or internal bottlenecks.
As part of this next phase of growth, we’re expanding our sales team and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive new business and unlock cross-sell opportunities across our client base.
The Role
This is a genuine growth-focused BDM role, responsible for:
- Winning new managed services clients
- Driving cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing customers
You’ll be supported by:
- A highly capable service desk and technical delivery team
- State-of-the-art PSA and CRM platforms
- Automated quoting and proposal workflows designed to reduce friction
- Clear processes and strong leadership support
This role is designed so you can spend your time selling, not chasing quotes or managing broken internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new managed IT services opportunities
- Run discovery-led sales conversations with key decision-makers
- Identify commercial and technical pain points and position tailored solutions
- Drive cross-sell opportunities across an established client base
- Manage your pipeline using integrated, automated systems
- Own the sales process end-to-end, from first conversation to signed agreement
- Collaborate closely with technical and service delivery teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling Managed IT Services (MSP) or IT solutions
- Minimum 2 years of MSP or IT solutions sales experience
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue sales models
- Ability to confidently own the full sales cycle
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
