Pearson Carter are currently working with a fast-growing, modern Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) that is expanding its sales team due to strong demand and ongoing growth. This organisation is built around automation, integration, and service excellence, giving their sales team the tools to focus purely on selling and relationship building.

They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in MSP or IT solutions sales to drive new business and expand existing client relationships.

They offer a competitive base salary super uncapped commission with realistic 200K–250K OTE Career Growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Win new managed IT services clients
  • Drive cross-sell and account growth
  • Own full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Run discovery-led client conversations
  • Manage pipeline using CRM/automated tools
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams

Experience:

  • 2 years MSP or IT solutions sales experience
  • Proven new business and closing ability
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models
  • Full sales cycle ownership experience
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Target-driven and commercially focused

Salary

Base Super Uncapped Commission (200K–250K OTE & up too 130K Base.
