MERIDIAN is a brand created by CB1 Group for the next generation of youth. MERIDIAN is a media and events platform built by and for young creatives. MERIDIAN release freestyle content, host monthly live events, and platform emerging talent across music, fashion, film, and performance. The mission is to discover, platform, and accelerate the next generation of creative talent.

Job Summary

You will assist in operating MERIDIAN, our media and events platform. You are our stage. You will help plan and execute live events, manage content creation, and platform emerging creative talent across music, fashion, film, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute monthly live events (open mics, showcases, networking).

· Manage content calendar (video, social, blog).

· Curate and book emerging talent for events.

· Grow MERIDIAN’s social media presence and audience.

· Build partnerships with venues, creatives, and local organisations.

Who You Are

· Aged 18–25 with a passion for youth culture and creativity.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage creative projects.

· Confident on social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

· Passion for storytelling, creative experience and networking.

· Creative thinker who identifies opportunities to innovate and create.

Pay & Commitment

This is a voluntary role with a maximum project-based fee of £250 per project (e.g., running one MERIDIAN event).

We are a start-up CIC. This role is guaranteed to evolve into a paid senior management position as we grow.
