SAFEHAUS is a brand created by CB1 Group for the next generation of youth facing difficult circumstances. SAFEHAUS is a youth support brand providing one-to-one advocacy, housing navigation, and practical help for young people aged 16–25. SAFEHAUS supports young people to secure housing, access benefits, and build lasting stability through direct, non-judgemental guidance. The mission is to ensure every young person achieves Housing, Benefits, Stability, Confidence and is placed on a pathway to a successful life.

 

Job Summary

 

You will assist in operating SAFEHAUS, our youth support brand. You are our anchor. You will provide youth with one-to-one advocacy, housing navigation, and practical support for young people aged 16-25 facing homelessness, instability, or crisis.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

· Manage intake process for young people seeking support.

· Provide housing advocacy and benefit support.

· Build and maintain a resource database (templates, guides, contacts).

· Maintain case files and track outcomes.

· Build partnerships with housing officers, social workers, and charities.

 

Who You Are

 

· Aged 18–25 with lived experience or strong empathy for youth homelessness.

· Trauma-informed and non-judgemental.

· Organised and detail-orientated (case files, templates, paperwork).

· Confident speaking to statutory services (council, DWP, social work).

· Patient and calm under pressure.

Pay & Commitment

 

This is a voluntary role with a maximum project-based fee of £250 per project (e.g., completing one case from intake to stability).

We are a start-up CIC. This role is guaranteed to evolve into a paid senior management position as we grow.
