We are currently recruiting for a Conversion Operator to join a manufacturing business, supporting production operations within a fast-paced industrial environment.

The Role

As a Conversion Operator, you will be responsible for operating conversion machinery to produce finished slit reels safely, efficiently, and in line with product specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate conversion/slitting machinery in line with job specifications
• Select appropriate films, materials, and operating supplies for each task
• Carry out process and quality inspection checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain efficiency
• Complete production reports accurately using internal systems
• Palletise, package, and record finished goods in line with customer and company requirements

Requirements

• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to operate industrial machinery and follow technical processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
