Pearson Carter are currently working with a fast-growing energy and prop-tech company focused on helping customers improve energy efficiency and sustainability outcomes. Following a recent acquisition, they are scaling their Customer Success function to support a growing portfolio of enterprise customers.

They are now looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to own key customer relationships, drive adoption, and ensure long-term value realisation across their platform.

Responsibilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers
Drive onboarding, adoption, and ongoing platform engagement
Support renewals and identify growth opportunities
Act as the voice of the customer across Product, Sales, and Engineering
Help customers translate energy data into actionable outcomes
Manage stakeholder relationships across property, sustainability, and operations teams

Experience:
Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercial mindset with experience supporting renewals
Experience in SaaS, energy, IoT, proptech, or infrastructure (preferred)
CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot or similar)

110,000 AUD benefits
