Data Centre Operations Technician
Pearson Carter are currently working with a MS Gold Partner who are looking to hire a Data Centre Operations Technician to act as the first line of defence across their services to respond to alerts, handle customer requests, and manage incidents across their infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- 24×7 operations centre support
- Monitoring, Event Detection & Incident Response
- First-Line Technical Support & Service Restoration
- Data Centre & Field Operations
- Provisioning, Change & Operational Excellence
Experience:
- At least A level or equivalent level of education.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify problems and develop/implement innovative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients, stakeholders, 3rd parties, users / colleagues (at all levels of seniority).
- Effective documentation skills: able to document operational requirements, processes, data flows etc.; create and maintain departmental reports.
- Effective time management skills: able to work on multiple tasks concurrently with re-ordering of tasks in response to shifting priorities, fluctuating workloads, or deadline pressures.
Salary
They offer a base salary of €18K – €26K, €1.5k GO package allowance, up to 10% bonus and €1.5k shift allowance.
Location
This client has an office in Malta and operates on an ONSITE working model.
