Pearson Carter are currently working with a well-established print and communications organisation with a strong presence across New Zealand. With a team of over 600 professionals and a growing data function based in Wellington, they are continuing to expand due to increased demand.

They are looking to grow their team with a CCM Developer who can work hands-on across customer communications while stepping up into more senior responsibilities over time. This role will involve both technical delivery and client interaction, helping translate briefs into effective communication solutions.

Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver customer communications using Quadient Inspire
Work on digital and physical mail communications
Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Support day-to-day operations and take on senior-level responsibilities

Experience:
Experience with Quadient Inspire (CCM)
Background in mail house or customer communications
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work hands-on and grow into a senior role

Salary
They offer a competitive salary package: 80,000–100,000 super.
