Firmware Engineer (C/C) – 85,000–95,000 Super West Melbourne

Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading Australian engineering company specialising in advanced embedded and electro-mechanical systems for defence and high-security applications. They design and manufacture complex technology in-house, delivering innovative solutions across global defence and industrial sectors.

They are looking to grow their team with a Firmware Engineer to design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware in a highly technical, hands-on environment.

They offer an excellent salary of 85K–95K Super half-day Fridays strong learning and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Develop embedded firmware in C/C
Work on bare-metal systems and hardware integration
Translate system requirements into technical solutions
Support testing, debugging, and validation
Collaborate with hardware and engineering teams

Experience:
2–3 years firmware/embedded experience
Strong C/C (bare-metal preferred)
Ability to read schematics and debug hardware issues
Experience in production/embedded environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary
They offer an excellent salary package: 85,000–95,000 Super

Location
West Melbourne, Australia (on-site)
