This is a key leadership role for a Principal Electrical Engineer looking to influence project delivery, mentor a growing team, and help shape the future of an expanding the engineering practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design on large and complex projects
- Develop project concepts, ensuring design excellence and regulatory compliance
- Communicate closely with clients, contractors and partners
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation and project performance
- Mentor engineers at all levels and support team capability development
- Drive consistency, technical quality and timely delivery
What You’ll Need:
- Significant experience working as an Electrical Engineer on complex schemes
- Strong technical understanding of electrical building services
- Confidence leading client meetings and multidisciplinary coordination
- Proficiency with Revit, BIM and lighting/engineering modelling tools
- Supportive and collaborative leadership approach
