The Role:
We are looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals to join our team on a commission-only basis. Your primary mission will be to expand our network by forging strong relationships within the recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Sales & Canvassing: Proactively visit and engage with recruitment agencies to introduce Mint Outsourcing’s umbrella payroll services.
Direct Partnerships: Work directly with recruitment companies to structure incentive programs that benefit their bottom line.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with agency owners, directors, and finance managers to secure a steady flow of self-employed contractors.
Client Acquisition: Identify opportunities to onboard new clients (both agencies and contractors) by understanding their specific payroll needs.
