The Role
You will be responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, providing tailored quotes, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a client-facing sales role requiring confidence, organisation, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound phone, email, and website enquiries
Provide personalised quotes and service recommendations
Follow up on leads to maximise conversion rates
Maintain booking records and CRM updates
Upsell additional services where appropriate
Support marketing campaigns and promotions
What We’re Looking For
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
