We have a great opportunity for a Philanthropy & Partnerships Coordinator to join a well-established and impactful national charity supporting people within the farming community. This organisation delivers vital emotional, practical and financial support and is on an exciting journey to strengthen resilience and wellbeing across the sector. Reporting to the Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager, this is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in building meaningful relationships with high-value supporters and contributing to a growing income stream.

As part of this exciting role, you will support the stewardship of major donors, corporate partners, trusts and foundations, as well as coordinating fundraising activities across the team. You’ll manage your own portfolio of small trust and corporate partnerships, assist with developing pipelines and applications, and ensure excellent supporter experiences through accurate CRM management and effective processes. You’ll also support event delivery, carry out due diligence, and work collaboratively with colleagues to produce engaging fundraising materials and ensure compliance with fundraising best practice.

To be successful as the Philanthropy & Partnerships Coordinator you will need:

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong administrative and data management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
