Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a well-known manufacturer in their search for a Production Operative to work in their leading facility in Much Wenlock.

For the successful Production Operative our client is offering:

  • Pay Rate £12.60 per hour 
  • 7.00AM – 4.00PM Monday to Friday 
  • Temporary position, initially but could turn into full time role for the right person 
  • Free parking
  • Profit share bonus – once full time

The role – Production Operative;

  • Loading bags onto a machine 
  • Waiting for the product to fill the bags
  • Secure the bags
  • Using a pedestrian pallet truck to load the product and liaising with the warehouse to collect the finished pallet 
  • Using a fully automated machine
  • Supporting other departments when required
  • Manual handling
  • Following health & safety guidelines

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative;

  • Previous experience in a production/ machine operating environment- ESSENTIAL
  • Must be happy with heavy lifting 
  • Must be happy to work in a dusty environment
  • Due to the location of the site you MUST have transport or live locally.
