The Opportunity:
We’re seeking dedicated and vigilant individuals to join our remote CCTV monitoring team. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility of working from home while playing a crucial role in protecting our clients’ assets and ensuring their safety. Whether you’re new to the security industry or an experienced professional, we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Position Details:
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) – UK-based
Hours: 30 hours per week (additional hours available based on demand and performance)
Compensation: £16.00 per hour (starting rate)
Earning Potential: Rates increase with experience, specialised training, and assignment complexity (e.g., higher rates for monitoring banks, casinos, and high-security facilities)
Training Provided: Comprehensive 2-week paid training programme
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Remote CCTV Operative, you’ll monitor live security camera feeds from various client locations, maintaining constant vigilance to detect and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activities, or safety concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring multiple live CCTV feeds simultaneously with attention to detail
Identifying and responding promptly to security incidents, breaches, or unusual activities
Writing clear, accurate incident reports for each shift
Maintaining logs and documentation in accordance with company protocols
Following established security procedures and escalation protocols
Staying alert and focused during extended monitoring periods

Strong attention to detail and observational skills
Excellent written communication skills for report writing
High level of reliability, punctuality, and professional integrity
Right to work in the UK
Desirable (But Not Required):
Previous experience in security, CCTV monitoring, or surveillance operations
