About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join a friendly, supportive team. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, can stay calm in a busy environment, and is confident communicating with both customers and suppliers.
You’ll be handling a range of day‑to‑day administrative tasks, helping keep things running smoothly across the department. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Your day may include things like:
- Managing incoming orders and keeping internal systems up to date
- Following up with customers for missing details or appointment information
- Answering phone queries and helping resolve general enquiries
- Contacting suppliers when needed
- Processing refunds and basic admin tasks
- Supporting colleagues with ad‑hoc admin duties
What We’re Looking For
- Someone flexible and happy to switch between different tasks
- Strong communication skills and confident speaking with customers
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team
